Mission Statement
White Rock Center of Hope cultivates hope through basic needs and personalized empowerment. The purpose is to prevent homelessness and/or utility disconnection for residents; to stave off hunger and reduce food insecurity, to offer clothes to the needy and to be of service in five east Dallas zip codes. Hope Thrift Store sales support these activities.
