Our Mission:

Our mission is to combat hunger and isolation in disabled and older adults by providing nutritious meals enabling them to remain healthy and independent within their families, homes, and communities.

Our Vision:

The primary goal of all programs is to prevent premature placement in long-term care facilities due to insufficient nutrition and other isolation-related issues.

Volunteer Information:

Meals on Wheels Collin County is looking for volunteer drivers to help us deliver meals to disabled and older adults in Frisco!

Our volunteer drivers deliver meals Monday through Friday, with most routes having about 10 seniors and taking approximately an hour to complete. To become a Meals on Wheels driver, there are just a couple of steps to complete:

• Fill out the volunteer application and background check form online
• Complete Driver Application and Sign Driver Waiver
• Watch Volunteer Orientation Video
• Watch Driver Education Video
• Choose your routes and/or days you'd like to deliver
