AI-Powered CRM and VOIP platform (uses Machine Learning)-
Our non-profit will first begin with building the front-end User Interface (UI).
Data quality is an often overlooked success factor in prospecting. Sales departments lose hundreds of hours and monetary value per sales rep from using bad prospect data. Most companies know that their data is a problem, but few realize the high costs involved with ignoring it
Scholarships of up to $1,000 will be provided per student dependent upon the completed contribution and milestones
SOLUTION
We are building an AI-powered CRM that integrates with open source VOIP system. Twilio or Asterik can be used for API integration for VOIP part of application. Machine Learning will also be integrated to "teach" the system how to follow up with a company's customers or end-users.
CSR= Customer Service Rep
1. Call comes in and CSR answers 2. Call is recorded and transcribed using an AI tool like JOG.AI (the whole conversation will be transcribed in companys CRM) 3. AI determines important areas of customer calls based on Keywords that the Customer says like "Sign Up" or "I am frustrated" or "I would like to cancel my service" 4. Based on the keywords stated by Customer, the companys platform will generate a suggested plan of action along with a template to respond via Email or SMS Examples include: If (customer says "Sign Up") then (AI will suggest emailing "Sign Up" form template) --this will ensure management that the appropriate customers looking to Sign Up for a service receive the appropriate follow up and should increase overall sales and reduce lost leads If (customer says "I would like to cancel my service" or "I want a refund" or "Im really unhappy/not happy with the service I received") then (AI will suggest emailing or sending an SMS for a free month of service to try to keep customer) Company CRM platform will automatically add the Customers name and voice transcription into a Record. The Record will also contain all logs of emails and texts with the Customer in chronological order so any CSR and Manager can see the entire lifecycle of Customer communication end-to-end. Built on top of existing CRM Theme from Code Canyon.
