About this Opportunity
Help Reduce Food Insecurity in Houston According to the Houston Food Bank, more than one million people in the Greater Houston area are food insecure. As food costs continue to rise, many families find themselves making tough choices. You can help to provide nutritious shelf-stable foods as well as fresh fruit and vegetables to those in need in our community.
Every week, the Catholic Charities' Guadalupe Center (326 S. Jensen Drive, Houston) serves hundreds of Houston families and would welcome your help on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., stocking the pantry, packing food bags, and handing out food to clients.
Help reduce food insecurity in Houston by signing up today!
