About this Opportunity
As a vital member of the Archives team, you will serve as a front line ambassador for the organization’s history, values, and mission. This in-person role centers on delivering engaging, informative, and culturally inclusive tours of the Archives to a diverse range of visitors.
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: Availability: Must be available at least one day per week - either Wednesday or Friday - during traditional business hours. Public tours are conducted at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and communication purposes. Demonstrated interest in history, archival work, or cultural heritage. Full fluency in Spanish and English - including reading, writing, and speaking - to support bilingual tours and communications. Willingness to comply with current public health guidelines and American Red Cross policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
