The Guest Services Desk at Austin Street Center is a fast-paced and high-energy opportunity with high-level client interaction and is perfect for anyone great at multitasking. Tasks may include answering the phone, handing out hygiene items and over-the-counter medication, directing neighbors to available resources, and checking in and out of items such as towels, detergent, and board games. The Guest Services volunteers will also support staff by monitoring neighbors during meals.
