Your Key Responsibilities: Proofread and polish machine-translated content to preserve meaning and tone. Translate internal and external documents as needed. Use translation tools to maintain consistency and speed. Ensure cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy in every project.
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in translation, linguistics, Spanish philology, or related field. Professional translation certification and proven experience with a strong portfolio. Expert fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Sharp eye for grammar, style, and detail in both languages. Experience with tools like Crowdin, translation memory systems, and corpus/concordance platforms. Deep understanding of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions.
