Scheduling and Outreach Volunteer

Catholic Charities Fort Worth needs volunteers to serve with our Client Strategy team to assist with community outreach efforts and contacting clients to schedule appointments. Volunteers should be comfortable using a computer and be detail oriented. Bilingual volunteers are preferred. Program training will be provided.
Volunteer Roles:Scheduler: Assist the outreach specialist with contacting clients and scheduling appointments. Volunteers should be able to serve a minimum 4 hours each week. Shifts available at our Fort Worth campus, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Community Outreach: Attend community outreach events to share information about CCFW programs and collect information from individuals interested in enrolling into a program. Volunteers should be available to serve up to 8 hours each month. Shifts are available on Saturdays.

Volunteer requirements:

• Attend a Volunteer Orientation
• Complete volunteer paperwork and pass a background check
• Willing to serve at least three-six months with the opportunity to serve long term
• Able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per week
