Childcare Help Needed!

Our Blessed Beginnings assists parents and children in need and is looking for volunteers to assist with watching children 5 and under while their parents attend classes at our main campus in Fort Worth. Duties will include supervising and engaging in age-appropriate activities to entertain/occupy younger children while their parents attend classes. Coloring books, crayons, and snacks are provided by CCFW.  Shift times available Tuesday,10 am - 11:30 pm, 12 pm – 1:30 pm; Wednesday, 10 am – 12 pm. 

Volunteers should be comfortable working with children and be able to perform light physical activity (i.e., lifting, bending, standing on your feet for prolonged periods). Program training will be provided.

Volunteer requirements:

• Attend a Volunteer Orientation
• Complete volunteer paperwork and pass a background check
• Willing to serve at least six months with the opportunity to serve long term
• Able to commit a minimum of 2 hours per week
