Our hospice program is seeking compassionate, creative volunteers to support our Personalize-A-Portrait initiative-a unique opportunity where artists use their talents to transform a cherished photo of a patient into a custom portrait. These portraits serve as a meaningful gift to patients and their families, preserving memories and honoring their stories.

Art can be a powerful expression of love, legacy, and connection-and your time and talent can make all the difference.

Volunteer Role Includes:

• Creating a portrait from a family-provided photo of the patient.

• Using your preferred medium (e.g., drawing, watercolor, digital art).

• Completing and delivering the artwork within an agreed timeframe.

• Communicating with volunteer coordinator and honoring patient confidentiality.

Ideal Volunteer:

• Has experience in portrait or figurative art.

• Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and emotional maturity.

• Is comfortable working independently with remote guidance.

• Respects the sensitive nature of end-of-life care and diverse family dynamics.
